Cut the tether from the frenetic pace of modern life~

Come hOMe to you.

Disconnect. Breathe. Reconnect.

We MUST take time out of our regular daily life to gain space and perspective. To be re-energized and reinvigorated, reminded and realigned with our true nature so that we can re-enter our lives with a freshness that is so badly needed in our world today just to keep up keeping up.

✨In these few days we create a container of intimacy and shedding of layers. We get to re charge, re-new, and re affirm our daily practice, and also reaffirm our bearings to stay on, or get back on course.  To get away from all of the noise, clutter, and confusion and come hOMe….✨

What are The Taoist Three Treasures?

Lao Tzu’s Three TreasuresSimplicity, Patience, and Compassion — are profound because they invite us to live in harmony with Tao, the natural way of life. Each one is both a principle and a practice. Together, they form a blueprint for inner peace, resilience, and relational healing.

Together, these treasures are not just moral virtues — they are energetic states that align you with the Tao:

  • Simplicity returns you to your essence.
  • Patience aligns you with the rhythm of life.
  • Compassion connects you to the whole.

When you live them, you’re not trying to be spiritual — you are simply attuned to the flow of life itself.

Our schedule will be flowing and in rhythm with nature.

Each day, we will meet for a morning nourishing somatic movement practice to release “the issues in the tissues”, a connection circle to “check in”, and discuss one of the Taoist Three Treasures.. We will meet again in the late afternoon for a nourishing, restorative practice with hands on assists and massage. You will have plenty of free time to visit the World Class Spa, hot tub and pool, steam, sauna, and cold plunge.  Walk the land, or or cuddle up by the fire with a book.

  • Immerse yourself in quiet warm luxury in gorgeous accommodations
  • Delicious nutrient dense food at The Silo Cookhouse
  • Mindful intentional meditation walks in the cool brisk air
  • Daily somatic facial release movement practices to release tension and regulate & reset your nervous system.
  • Workshop on the Taoist Three Treasures with handouts and tools threaded throughout our three days together~
  • Ayurvedic practices to support including Abyhanga (oil massage)
  • Beautiful Curated giftbag for each participant

Who is this retreat for?

For all people who desire to draw back from the day to day noise, clutter and confusion.

For those who desire to connect with the stillness and presence of their own heartbeat and align with the cycles of nature.

For those that may be caught up in destructive patterns and wish to realign.

For those who CRAVE deeply nourishing practices all in service to regulate the nervous system.

For those who appreciate learning, depth, authenticity, and humor of course

What to bring~

An open heart and comfy, cozy clothes that you can move, lounge and breathe in.  Walking shoes, a swimsuit, your yoga mat, and anything else that supports you. We will provide journals and gift bags with some essentials.

You will emerge from this BEtreat experience at a different frequency, having tuned in to what truly matters, and tuned OUT what does not.

I cannot wait to journey with you~
