Local Resident Pass Cancellation, Deposit & Payment Policy *	I accept The Horse Shoe Farm cancellation policyPlease read full policy here Change / Cancellation Policy 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund minus a $45 cancellation fee. Between 30 and 14 days before arrival: Local Resident Pass is 50% refundable. Within 14 days of arrival: Tuition is non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant. Failure to pay any remaining balance will result in the loss of all advance payments and reservation rights. Deposit Amounts for Retreats A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Final payments are due 30 days before arrival. If you're booking within 30 days of your retreat, full payment will be due upon reservation. If a retreat/workshop you've registered for is canceled by THSF: You will receive a full refund.
The Horse Shoe Farm Waiver Required *	I understand I will be required to sign The Horse Shoe Farm general Release and Liability Waiver upon arrival.A copy of your waiver may be viewed HERE. A digital copy will be available to sign upon arrival at The Horse Shoe Farm; you will not need to print and sign a copy to bring with you or to send to us prior to your arrival.
