Cancellation, Deposit & Payment Policy *	I accept The Horse Shoe Farm cancellation policyPlease read full policy here Change / Cancellation Policy 30 days or more before arrival:: Full refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Within 30 days of arrival: Payments are nonrefundable. However, if we can rebook your room due to an active waitlist, you’ll receive a refund minus the $250 fee. Failure to pay an unpaid balance forfeits all advance payment and reservation rights. Deposit Amounts for Retreats A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Final payments are due 30 days before arrival. If you're booking within 30 days of your retreat, full payment will be due upon reservation. If a retreat you've registered for is canceled by THSF: You may receive a full refund if you are no longer planning to visit the area. Additionally, you may come to THSF and stay for the duration of the canceled retreat to enjoy our beautiful farm, and will be refunded the retreat tuition fee, which varies.
The Horse Shoe Farm Waiver Required *	I understand I will be required to sign The Horse Shoe Farm general Release and Liability Waiver upon arrival.A copy of your waiver may be viewed HERE. A digital copy will be available to sign upon arrival at The Horse Shoe Farm; you will not need to print and sign a copy to bring with you or to send to us prior to your arrival.
