Held on the tranquil yet vibrant grounds of The Horse Shoe Farm, this intimate and immersive breathwork retreat offers the perfect balance of deep inner work and lighthearted nourishment.
Through daily breathwork, grounding rituals, time in nature, and authentic community connection, you’ll be invited to take a breath and clear what’s heavy- opening to joy not as an escape, but as your natural state.
This retreat offers a sacred pause to breathe deeply, release what no longer serves you, and connect with the you that feels most alive, most true, and most free.
This isn’t about forced positivity- it’s about making space for all of you and finding radiance and renewal on the other side.

What’s Included In The Local Resident Pass:
- Workshop tuition
- 1 Polar Bear Pass: our self-guided hydrotherapy (hot sauna/steam room, cold plunge, hot tub) circuit (Must be used during the BEtreat)
- Daily lunch with group in The Silo Cookhouse during the BEtreat meal periods
- A $50 credit to The Stable Spa ( Credit is valid for 1 year, if you don’t use it during BEtreat)

Important Info:
- Open to participants 18+ and in good health
- No breathwork experience is needed- just come as you are and bring your breath
- Not recommended for those who are pregnant or have unmanaged/severe physical or mental health conditions
- Breathwork preparation information and a required waiver will be provided at check-in
- The Breath Nurse will speak with each attendee individually to discuss modifications, concerns, or restrictions
