Using the latest fascia research and profound clinical somatic exercises, we’ll explore gentle but powerful ways to unwind chronic tension through movement, breath, and stillness. Each session integrates specialized tools and props to support fascial release and full-body reset, guided by Beth Cosi’s expert knowledge in clinical somatics, yoga, and nervous system regulation.
Each day includes embodied movement, somatic education, seasonal nourishment, and time to simply *be* on the land.
