Over four days at The Horse Shoe Farm, recharge with daily wellness workshops centered around breathwork, nourishing farm-to-table meals, a supportive group atmosphere, and the simple pleasure of having time just for you in a peaceful mountain setting.

Enjoy luxurious accommodations, cozy spaces, and ample time to rest, connect, and take in the farm’s charm. Imagine gathering by the fire, relaxing in the sauna or steam room, taking a quiet walk in nature, or unwinding at the spa during free time.

Each day strikes a balance of structure and spaciousness, with transformational breathwork sessions—a powerful style of guided breathing (no experience needed)—and other activities to support your energy, mental clarity, and overall well-being.

This retreat is a reset, offering less stress, more ease, and the kind of restoration you can truly feel. By the end of the weekend, you’ll feel lighter, calmer, clearer, and ready to bring that renewed energy back into your daily life.

What to Bring: 

An open mind, comfy clothes, walking shoes, reusable water bottle, swimsuit, and anything else that supports you. Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, journals, and pens will be provided.  

 

Important Retreat Information: 

  • Open to participants 18+ in good health.
  • Not recommended for those who are pregnant or have unmanaged/severe physical or mental health conditions.
  • A participation waiver and breathwork preparation guide will be provided at check-in.
  • The Breath Nurse will speak with each guest individually to address modifications, concerns, or restrictions.
